Bill Yarn · more than 35 years in Canadian freight
Moving the industry forward
One career spent keeping North America’s goods on the move, by road and by rail, across Canada, the USA and Mexico.
Four companies. Every mode that moves. One man who built them.

Veritas Distribution
Founder · 1989
Founded in May 1989 with partner Nolly Kramer: a third-party logistics company running less-than-truckload distribution across Western Canada, started with one straight truck and one dock door.

National Fast Freight
Founder · 1991
Veritas grew into National Fast Freight, started in late 1991 and incorporated in January 1992, with CP Rail as its linehaul provider loading boxcars bound for Western Canada.

Fast Freight International
Co-Founder · 2005
Back to third-party logistics. Incorporated in 2005 with Ray Ash after Bill sold his shares in National Fast Freight.

Fast Links
Founder · 2005 to today
Established in 2005 and still on the road: third-party logistics across Canada and throughout the USA, plus intermodal service from Monterrey, Mexico to Canada.

Do what you said you would. Move what you were trusted to move.
The man behind the freight
More than 35 years around trucks, boxcars and locomotives, and a lasting weakness for a well-painted classic car. Dedication, honesty, an eye for the craft. The same in the yard as on the wall of his office.
